Ted Herz runs his own construction company called Bayberry Building in Connecticut. He and his company work on everything from redesigning a bathroom to building whole houses. Until his mid-40s, Ted was in the corporate world working for several well-known chemical companies and spent most of his time traveling internationally. Since he moved quite a bit, his hobby became remodeling homes that he and his wife would buy. Soon, this hobby became an idea for his own business. Ted has found his passion in building and construction and is now successfully working with clients from all around the Connecticut/New York area.

Arnold Penner is a leading New York City real estate investor and developer…which is one of the many careers he pursued.
