Eric Brinker is Director of Brand Management and Customer Experience at Jet Blue. Eric joined Jet Blue a year after the company was started. He is in charge of everything from what blankets passengers use to the creation of magazine advertisements. Eric was severely dyslexic growing up and attended the Landmark School in Boston. It is a school devoted to working work with children with language-based learning disabilities. It was there that Eric realized that his love for traveling and planes could be turned into a career.

HENRY KALLAN

Founder, HK Hotels

Henry Kallan is the President and owner of HK Hotels in New York City. Henry owns four boutique hotels in Manhattan each having its own special theme and charm. Henry emigrated from the former Czechoslovakia in 1968 at the age of 21. With little working knowledge of English, Mr. Kallan began in the hotel industry working as a busboy. With his passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, he soon found himself general manager of the Gotham Hotel (currently The Peninsula) at the age of 27 (he was the youngest general manager in New York City at time). Today, Henry has opened hotels in a few international locations such as Amsterdam and plans to continue to expand.
